Refunds & Exchanges

Order Cancellation & Return Policy

Orders that have been placed but not yet shipped may be canceled at no cost to you.

Once your order has been shipped and delivered, refunds are only issued if there is a problem with your order. Eligible issues include:

  • Incorrect item, color, or style received

  • Visible defects or damage (e.g., holes in the product)

  • Within 14 days of purchase

 

In such cases, you may choose to receive a full refund or have the correct item resent to you.

 

Please note: Since each product is custom-made to order, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for any other reason.
